The Top of the Standard, also known as the “Boom Boom” Room is one of, if not, the most exclusive clubs in New York City. Located in the Meatpacking District between 13th St & Little W 12th St this club raises the bar for all dance clubs internationally. The crowd here is extremely upscale as you would expect from the top of the High Line NYC. This clubs main feature is the view overlooking Jersey and all of New York City so if the $$$$ price range for drinks is too much for you at least come in and check out the rooftop area. Being one of the most exclusive clubs in the city, attracting celebrities and professionals from all over, expect a very strict dress code. If you don’t fit the high standards they have set there’s not much you can do to get in.
Once you are in expect a very laid back, sophisticated atmosphere full of beautiful decor, a luxurious bar, and variety of great music of all genres. They offer hand-made cocktails from professional mixologists and expect only the best in terms of taste and presence. Come early to avoid the line, dress to impress, and expect a cover charge to get in. For more about The Standard, High Line, visit their hotels profile page.
