Brace yourselves for salivation. Admittedly, one of our favorite parts about festivals are the food vendors. Elements not only has a stellar musical lineup boasting names like Gramatik, Mija, and Sweater Beats, but also has a stacked food lineup guaranteed to satisfy even the most pretentious Instagram food critics. Browse the official eats and treats lineup below, spanning from coconut sticky rice, to organic burgers, and Jamaican jerk chicken. Elements Music & Art Festival takes place in Brooklyn on August 13th. Snag tickets here.

What: Yummy coconut sticky rice packed with fruit or protein
Smorgasburg resident Bamboo Bites is known for their sticky rice combinations that can be a meal or dessert all in one. Try the mango and black sesame for something sweet, the beef and basil for something spicy, and countless combinations in between for something else entirely. Don’t forget about their Thai iced tea, it’s delicious.

What: NYC founded organic burger joint
Once upon a time, a bar served awesome burgers in the middle of Brooklyn. That bar was closed in 2008, but the burgers still live on. The mini chain has come a long way, now with locations across NYC, Germany, and Tokyo! Bareburger’s ingredients are partly to blame for their explosive success, using non-GMO ingredients, no pesticides, and organic meats.

Cafe Cochera
What: Latin street tacos & coffee
Cafe Cochera returns to Elements music festival this year, bringing their strong coffee and taco magic along for the ride. The operation is known for their carne asada nachos, and delicious pollo, carnitas, al pastor, and vegetarian taco options. Looking for these guys outside of Elements? Since 2008, Pizza Moto has brought gourmet, bubbly char-kissed Neapolitan style pizza to the masses. The final product is exceptional, thanks to the custom steel mobile wood fired ovens they lug around the 5 boroughs. Looking for Pizza Moto outside of Elements? Check out their recently opened brick and mortar home on 338 Hamilton Ave.

What: Mediterranean tapas and kebabs
Mazzat offers Egypt and Lebanon inspired bites curated by celebrated chefs Jimmy Bakhoum and Robbie Aboughater. Check out their Brooklyn brick and mortar at 208 Columbia St.

Jamaica Choice
What: Veggie and jerk chicken patties
What food lineup would be complete without some Jamaican spice? Jamaica Choice Cuisine is bringing their jerk chicken stuffed in freshly baked pouches.
